They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place by itself is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt protected, plus the location was awesome, but it surely's just within the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain far too much, but basically the windows have been all really in need of replacement, as were being the doorways, the trim, much in the furniture, etcetera.
